The vineyard for the production is located in a hilly area 350 meters above sea level, in the heart of Valpolicella. It is distinguished by the particular type of soil, cretaceous-limestone morainic, very rich in stones. The name “Cresasso” is to evoke the authenticity of the territory and the varietal characteristics of its typical vineyard: Corvina. Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso DOC “Morandina”
Intense color, ruby red with violet reflections. The nose expresses a pleasant fruity aroma of black cherry and cherry, with tertiary notes of spices and vanilla. On the palate it is complex, the aromas of black cherry and plum blend with interesting tertiary hints of spices and rhubarb. The tannins are well integrated and the wine is supported by a pleasant freshness and flavor. Good final persistence.
